With property commentators forecasting a jittery 2008 for the UK market, it is now even more essential that your home is presented properly.  Professionally staged homes, according to statistics not only sell faster(up to 50%)but achieve better offers (up to 17%).  We also know that staistically that buyers make up their minds within seconds of crossing the threshold.  With this in mind it seems foolhardy to put your home on the market withought the help of a staging professional.

 All of our design consultants at Inside Out have completed the Anne Maurice House Staging course. This combined with our vast property and interior design expertise, ensures your home will receive the ultimate home staging service. 

The process is simple. It goes beyond simple decorating and cleaning. We create a lifestyle statement that buyers look for.

Our consultant will visit your home and compile a property presentation report.  The report includes room by room recommendations, and covers everything from proposed furniture layout, colour scheme designs, de-cluttering and a list of recommended purchases with approximate costings.  We aim to utilise the majority of your own furniture, injecting accents and a few of our own “designer tricks of the trade”. We aim to create the “Wow” factor that we have become known for.  With a little investment we can make a tremendous difference in both appearance and value to your property. 

Once you have the report our involvement can either end there or we can take over the project management of the staging.  With time often of the essence, vendors will be happy to know that staging projects are normally completed over a  period of just a few days. 

 During the process we will show you how to best show your home to potential vendors, how to maximise the key selling features, and compile a list of “musts” for potential viewings.

 The cost for the initial consultation is £100 plus travel (outwith 30 miles).  For this you will receive a full report and our advice at the time of the visit.  Further consultations and or the full project mangement of a staging project will be costed as per individual project.
