Payment

Full payment on ordering, goods will not be released until full funds are cleared. Funds can be paid by bankers draft, cheque, electronic transfer or cash (maximum £9000). Cheques should be sent to:

Liability

Inside Out accepts no responsibility for the goods after delivery and installation; it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure goods are insured. Under no circumstances will Inside Out be liable for any loss of income or injury as a result of defective goods or otherwise. Furthermore the purchaser will indemnify Inside Out against any claim for such damage arising from a third party.

Returns

The buyer shall inspect the condition of the goods. Should the buyer be taking delivery only of the goods, any notification of damage or shortage should be made immediately by telephone then in writing within 7 days of the delivery date. If any items have to be exchanged please ensure it is retained in exactly the same condition in which it was delivered, in its original packaging.

Deliveries

Either the buyer or a representative must sign off all deliveries and installation on the day of delivery. Inside Out will take no responsibility for the accounting of unsigned goods. Inside Out will notify the buyer orally or in writing of the arrival of the goods. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that access is available to the property on the agreed date of delivery. Failure to provide access on the agreed date will result in the buyer paying an administrative charge (this will include storage, delivery and installations charges where applicable). The delivery dates are given in good faith, Inside Out will not be held liable for any cost incurred as a result of late delivery or shortage/damage to items.

Cancellations

Once an order has been received by Inside Out, any cancellation will carry a charge to cover costs incurred by Inside Out.
